Public Space Attendant

• →Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces, and other guest-facing areas.
• →Clean and restock lobby restrooms, including mopping floors, dusting surfaces, replenishing paper products, and refilling soap dispensers.
• →Provide outstanding guest service by answering questions, offering directions, and assisting with guest requests.
• →Deliver towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as needed.
• →Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recycling throughout the property.
• →Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain public spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• →Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• →Support housekeeping operations with additional cleaning tasks as needed.
• →Perform other duties as assigned to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
