  • Guide teams through complex problems, shape end-to-end solutions, and personally lead critical client discussions, facilitation, synthesis, and advisory moments where senior judgment adds value.
  • Lead account planning, convert opportunities, and build an initial book of business as an increasingly effective lead seller.
  • Develop people through coaching, performance management, stretch opportunities, and visible investment in their growth.
  • Build significant content depth and market visibility; help create differentiated Pearl Meyer knowledge and solutions.
  • Lead important Practice and firm initiatives and strengthen collaboration across Leadership and Executive Compensation.

  • Trusted-advisor presence with senior executives and ability to connect mandates to broader priorities.
  • Exceptional client-facing presence, judgment, problem solving, synthesis, facilitation, and leadership through ambiguity.
  • Commercial leadership, account planning, opportunity conversion, and increasing effectiveness as a lead seller.
  • People development, team building, performance management, and followership.
  • Significant content depth and growing market visibility in relevant areas of expertise.
  • Enterprise leadership, cross-practice collaboration, integrity, and stewardship of firm and client resources.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple and/or complex engagements, personally deliver in high-value senior client situations, advise senior executives, manage important client relationships, and guide teams through ambiguity while maintaining quality and economics.
  • Strong record of people leadership, client development, commercial contribution, and subject-matter depth
  • Evidence of growing effectiveness as a seller (business originator or farmer) and firm leader.
