The Pediatric Movement Center (PMC) is a therapist-owned small business with locations in Hagerstown, MD and Frederick, MD. We are a community-focused outpatient clinic providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, developmental classes, and community events to children up to 21 years of age. A Gymnastics Instructor in the KidMotion program aims to empower emotionally, socially, and physically strong children. PMC expects that a Gymnastics Instructor contributes to the healthy mental, social, and emotional development of PMC students through the implementation of structured classes that utilize various methods of play, exercise, and learning experiences so that students continually progress and develop new skills.

Previous experience with personal training, athletic training, special needs or physical therapy is preferred, though not required. What level of Gymnastics experience do you have? How many years and what location did you use this experience? Do you have any child related experience like babysitting or teaching? The preferred age of the applicant is 18 years or older.

Must be friendly, compassionate, energetic, organized, self-driven, independent learner and team oriented.

Moderate physical demands may include, but not be limited: assistance with setup and breakdown of equipment, ability to transition on/off of the floor to interact with children, demonstrate basic exercises, and spot children while performing activities in the gym.
