CADD Technician

Job Responsibilities

Pennoni, a leading engineering and design consulting firm is currently looking for a CADD Technician with experience consistent but not limited to:

• Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency
• Experience with Civil 3D and Carlson
• Perform deeds research, deed plotting and map checks.
• Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions
• Provide office support.
• Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings.
• Ensure schedules and productivity objectives are achieved.

Required Attributes

• Required education: Associates Degree or High school / GED and equivalent experience
• Minimum years of work experience: 4-7
• Computer skills required: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent computer and technical skills, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
• Proficient in technical math, including geometry and trigonometry
• Strong listening, writing, and verbal communications skills
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude

• Adapt well to new situations
• Team player and a problem solver that can work with a high level of accuracy

TARGET SALARY RANGE:  $52,000-$80,000 per year based on experience
