Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI) - Supervisor

Pennoni is currently seeking a Transportation Construction Inspection - Supervisor for a multi-year project in PennDOT District 6-0 with consistent experience, but not limited to:

• →High School Diploma. 
• →Valid Driver's License
• →Six years minimum of transportation, highway or bridge construction inspection experience.
• →Note: (Six years minimum of transportation, highway or bridge construction inspection experience. Note, Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management may be substituted for four (4) years of experience, or an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management may be substituted for two (2) years of experience)
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• →Ability to prepare Contractor Work Authorizations, Estimates and Work Orders in PennDOT’s ECMS system a plus.
• →Applicants should have good verbal and written communication skills, math skills, and be able to work well in team setting on one or more projects. 
• →Must be willing to work outdoors and be physically able to perform field work. 
• →Familiarity with PennDOT 408 specifications, applications, standard drawings and other relevant publications

• Prior experience in PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike Highway and Bridge Construction Inspection.   
• Knowledge of PennDOT mobile applications, ECMS Wave 5 Construction.
• Additional certifications including NICET (Highway Construction) Level II or highter,  ACI, PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification, NECEPT Bituminous Field Technician, OSHA 10 hour, ECMS Wave 5
