Water Resources Engineer

• →Required Education: BSCE
• →FE/EIT, PE Preferred
• →Years of work experience:  5-12 years in water resources engineering.
• →Proficiency with hydrologic/hydraulic (H&H) modeling of natural systems and stormwater collection systems, floodplain management and modeling, culvert and bridge hydraulics, scour analysis, erosion and sediment control design, drainage design, stormwater management design, plan review and plan and report preparation.
• →Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as PondPack, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, HY-8, and Watershed Modeling System.
• →Experience with plan production via AutoCAD and MicroStation with design experience (3D modeling) strongly preferred.   
• →Experience with PennDOT, PA Turnpike, DelDOT, MDSHA, VDOT and/or DCDOT is a plus.
• →Effective written and oral communication skills are a must for preparation of project reports, specifications, studies, and other engineering documents.
• →Well organized and detail oriented.
• →Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
