What You'll Do

• Deliver precision haircuts and grooming services
• Consult with guests to understand their style goals
• Recommend products and services that enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workstation
• Create an exceptional barber shop experience that keeps guests coming back

What We're Looking For

• Active Ohio Barber or Cosmetology License
• Experience preferred, but coachability and passion matter most
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Desire to grow your craft and build a loyal guest base
