• →Managing our estimating process for design/build projects
• →Doing on-site quality, safety and production checks on active projects
• →Acting as a liaison between customers and field crew;
• →Managing change orders;
• →Holding crews accountable to production goals;
• →Maintaining highly organized records;
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in construction or landscaping management;
• An understanding of the design build process, including bids, estimates, take-offs, project schedules, job costing and budgets;
• Experience using software for project management and estimates.
• Experience overseeing field crews doing installation projects, including quality and safety checks;
• Experience reading design plans and blueprints;
• Experience acting as the liaison between the customer and the field crew on project-related questions, including managing change orders;
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record with an ability to pass a motor vehicle check to ensure insurability under company insurance
