• →Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential, commercial, and municipal clients
• →Conduct on-site property inspections and evaluate tree health and safety
• →Diagnose tree and shrub health issues, pests, and diseases
• →Develop professional arboricultural recommendations following ANSI standards
• →Prepare accurate proposals and cost estimates for tree care services
• →Present recommendations and educate clients on proper tree care
• →Partner closely with production crews to ensure successful project execution
• →Attend networking events and business development functions to generate new opportunities
• →Consistently achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
  

• ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain certification within 90 days)
• 2+ years of arboriculture experience
• Proven sales experience or strong customer relationship management skills
• Excellent knowledge of tree identification, plant health care, pruning, removals, pest management, and diagnostics
• Ability to prepare estimates and develop detailed client proposals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable networking and developing new business opportunities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Valid Illinois Driver's License with a safe driving record
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an environmental or related field (preferred)
