We’re looking for a motivated Landscaping Foreman – Hardscape Installation to lead and work alongside a small, skilled team on complex outdoor living projects- from hardscapes and fire features to water elements, lighting, and softscapes. Based in Kalamazoo, MI, we’re an easy US-131 reverse commute from Grand Rapids- lighter traffic, predictable drive, and a calmer start to your day. Many of our team members make the trip for the career growth and culture they’ve found here. We also welcome applicants interested in relocating to the Kalamazoo area. What We Offer

✓Hourly rate of $26–$34 per hour based on leadership experience

✓A $3,000 sign-on bonus!

✓Potential to earn over $90,000 per year with overtime, snow pay, job commissions, and profit sharing

Requirements

1+ years’ experience leading a landscaping crew of 1–2+ crew members, preferably in installation and production.
3+ years’ experience in landscape installation projects and landscape production work required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and landscape designs.
CDL Class-A license is preferred; the ability to obtain one within 60–90 days from start is required.
Experience operating all equipment required for landscape install projects, including truck/trailer combinations.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

→Working alongside crew members to complete landscapes/hardscape installations efficiently and effectively.
→Supervising crew members to ensure efficient and high-quality landscape installations.
→Reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and project specifications for accurate execution.
→Coordinating material deliveries and job site logistics to keep projects on schedule.
→Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards to prevent accidents.
→Communicating with clients, project managers, and team members to address concerns and updates.
