Logistics and Product Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Product Coordinator to support our Product team by ensuring the timely purchasing, shipment, and delivery of inventory across our business.

In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers, freight partners, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to coordinate purchase orders, monitor deliveries, maintain accurate system data, and ensure products arrive on time. • →Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring suppliers receive orders within required timeframes.
• →Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to monitor shipments and deliveries.
• →Track purchase orders, shipment progress, ETAs, and freight schedules, proactively resolving any delays or issues.
• →Reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and work with Finance and Product teams to resolve pricing, quantity, or cost discrepancies.
• →Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and purchasing data within internal systems.
• →Prepare and distribute weekly delivery schedules, highlighting key updates and any potential delays.
• →Monitor inventory components and coordinate with Warehouse, Product, and Planning teams to ensure stock availability for assembled products.
• →Support cross-functional teams by providing accurate logistics updates and operational reporting.

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Buying, Inventory, or a similar operations role.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, manufacturers, or logistics providers.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with operational data.
• Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is highly desirable.
• Understanding of purchasing, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
