About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Buying Assistant to support our Branded Product and Vertical teams by ensuring product information, SKU data, and buying administration are accurate and up to date.

In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining product data within NetSuite, coordinating with Marketing, Wholesale, and Product teams, and supporting the successful launch of new products and seasonal catalogues. Responsibilities

  • Maintain product and SKU information within NetSuite, including item setup, pricing, and status updates.
  • Update buy plans with accurate product information, costings, delivery dates, and item statuses.
  • Review and maintain product catalogues to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Design teams to support seasonal catalogues, product training materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare SKU templates and product lists for marketing initiatives and business catalogues.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports covering sales performance, purchases, product launches, and best-selling items.
  • Coordinate product samples with suppliers for seasonal and core product ranges.
  • Support product range reviews and presentation preparation.
  • Maintain product listings, imagery, and SKU information across wholesale platforms, including Pepperi and Sales Connect.
  • Provide reporting, product administration, and general support to the Buying and Product teams.
  • Experience in Buying, Product Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience supporting retail, wholesale, eCommerce, or consumer products is highly regarded.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to Adobe InDesign or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate data.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and process-driven approach to work.
