WordPress Developer (Part-time)

We're looking for a WordPress/Divi Web Designer and Developer to support an Australian SaaS business serving NDIS providers.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong WordPress + Divi development skills with genuine visual and SaaS design judgment. You'll take supplied content, objectives, and brand direction and turn them into polished, modern, responsive website pages.

This is a role with creative ownership — we're looking for someone who can make design decisions, recommend improvements, and deliver a strong first version without requiring detailed instructions for every element.

• →Design, build, and update pages using WordPress and Divi.
• →Turn content and objectives into effective page layouts and visual flows.
• →Create modern, professional SaaS-style website sections.
• →Make decisions around layout, typography, spacing, imagery, hierarchy, CTAs, and UX.
• →Recommend improvements and better solutions.
• →Ensure pages are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• →Maintain consistency with existing brand guidelines.
• →Work directly with the client to take concepts from direction to finished pages.
• →Support ongoing website updates and potentially additional brands/websites as the business grows.

• Strong hands-on WordPress and Divi experience.
• Strong visual design judgment and understanding of modern SaaS websites.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, page hierarchy, typography, spacing, and UX.
• Ability to independently turn content and objectives into polished web pages.
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines while bringing new ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication.
• Experience with SaaS, technology, or professional-services websites is highly preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating websites/pages you personally designed and built.

Portfolio review is an important part of the process. Shortlisted candidates should be prepared to discuss their work and explain their design decisions, approach to page structure, and personal contribution to the projects presented.

Engagement: Independent Contractor
Hours: Initially 20–30 hours/week, with potential to increase based on workload
Location: Remote – Philippines
