Warehouse Assistant/Parts Runner

King Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Assistant / Parts Runner to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting daily warehouse operations while helping keep our technicians and service teams equipped with the parts and materials they need.

The Warehouse Assistant / Parts Runner will work closely with the warehouse manager and assist with daily warehouse tasks, inventory organization, and delivering parts and materials to job sites as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations and tasks assigned by the manager.
• Receive, organize, and store inventory, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare, organize, and stage parts and materials for technicians and service teams.
• Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials to job sites or other locations as needed.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring materials are handled safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory organization and tracking warehouse supplies.
• Ensure technicians receive the correct parts and materials in a timely manner.
• Operate company vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws when making deliveries and pickups.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse and delivery duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and complete a variety of tasks.
• Comfortable driving to local suppliers, job sites, and other locations as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
