SCB Tribe - Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Define test strategy, scope, entry/exit criteria, test types (functional, integration, regression, smoke) and test environments. 

Create and maintain test cases, test scripts and test data; execute functional and integration tests across systems and APIs. 

Identify automation candidates, develop/maintain automated test suites (where applicable) and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. 

Log, triage, prioritize and track defects; collaborate with Dev/BA/DevOps/PM to resolve issues and verify fixes. 

Coordinate UAT with business users, support test users, run test cycles and report test progress and quality metrics. 

Define and promote testing standards, QA best practices, acceptance criteria and traceability matrices. 

Experience 2–5+ years QA/testing experience (adjust by seniority) in IT, digital or banking environments. 

Experience testing integrations, APIs, and multi‑system flows; exposure to banking products/processes is a plus. 

Strong test case design skills, experience with functional and integration testing methodologies. 

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem‑solving and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams. 

Agile mindset, collaborative, resilient, and able to operate in fast‑paced environments. 

Ability to work effectively in Agile environments, facilitating requirement discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and continuous improvements.
