About the Role

~1 min read- →Establish and maintain contacts with commercial real estate firms, commercial spaces, developers and real estate agencies
- →Cooperates with other operators in the commercial chain regarding the acquisition of properties
- →Visit and take photos of available properties or investment spaces
- →Review investment/property project documentation
- →Estimate customers' buying potential
- →Check the influence and competition of other operators on the PEPCO site
- →Examine the interest of the other tenants and the tenant mix proposed by the investor
- →Presents the properties for initial acceptance
- →Prepares the real estate report for the Board of Directors, which contains - among other things - the analysis of the competition, photographs described, maps of the cities/sectors
- →Consult the contractual provisions drafted by lawyers
- →Negotiate the rental conditions (technical, legal) with the owner
- →Consult and agree with the maintenance specialist the annex to the lease agreement containing the design and visualization of the outdoor advertisement of the PEPCO property and with the Technical Investment Manager the technical annex regarding the works on the property
- →Order construction materials and equipment (air conditioning, sound, lighting, etc.)
- Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field will be considered as a plus for this position
- 1-3 years of proven experience in this field
- Knowledge of legal regulations (lease agreements, building standards)
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and the construction sector (cost of construction materials, operators' market)
- Knowledge and experience in estimating capital expenditure (cost calculation)
- Basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality outputs
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken
