Successful candidates shall report to the Trust Operations Manager and will be responsible for the execution, system, and process focused client administration, supporting Trust Officers, Senior Trust Officers and Fiduciary Directors while ensuring data accuracy, regulatory readiness, and operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Execute day-to-day trust and corporate administration activities in accordance with approved instructions, trust deeds, and internal policies.
  • Act as the bridge between administrative teams and back-office functions.
  • Support the establishment, maintenance, and closure of trust and corporate structures.
  • Prepare basic trustee and corporate resolutions, and supporting documentation for review and approval.
  • Coordinate bank and investment account openings, KYC refreshes, and account maintenance.
  • Execute client onboarding activities, including collection, review, and maintenance of KYC, AML, and due diligence documentation
  • Process payments, distributions, and transactional requests following approval workflows.
  • Support periodic data reviews, system audits, and data quality initiatives.
  • Assist with testing, process improvements, and optimisation of Opera workflows and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Compliance, Finance, Operations, IT) to resolve administrative and system-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
  • Support special projects, system enhancements, and business initiatives as required.

What Are We Looking For? Essential Requirements:

 

  • At least five years of trust and corporate administration, banking, fiduciary duties and offshore trust and corporate law experience.
  • TEP and/or other relevant professional designations preferred or willing to acquire an industry designation.
  • Working knowledge of the Companies Act 1981 (as amended).
  • Basic regulatory knowledge and experience with Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Finance policies and
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic and demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to varying levels of complexity of work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate seamlessly as part of a team, showcasing strong organisational and time management skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
