• →Reporting to the Project Manager/Senior Designer responsible for the individual project, you will be responsible for assisting in Master Planning, Site Planning and Building Design exercises utilizing 3D Modeling, and Digital Presentation Packaging
• →Assists the design team on projects from the Pre-Schematic Phase through Construction Documents
• →Prepare program and schematic proposals and develop designs in 3D using Revit and other 3D modeling software for client review/approval
• →Assists or prepares presentation materials for client review
• →Meets with clients and may be asked to present design presentations
• →Follows a working process set by leadership that ensures that the design intent of a project is maintained for the duration of the project
• →Coordinates the work of design consultants
• →Mentors junior staff
• →Follows established standards for project production and review
• →Has working knowledge of exterior detailing to assist with the preparation of construction drawings and construction detailing to maintain design integrity
• →Ability to prioritize and manage their design time on multiple projects

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture is required
• Minimum of 6 to 12 years experience
• Strong communication, graphic organization, technical and written skills
• Proficient with design and presentation software such as Revit, Rhino and Affinity Software Package; interest or proficiency in Ai design support software a plus
• Proficient with other data management software such as Bluebeam, Word and Excel
• LEED Accreditation preferred
• License required or on a path to licensure
