Assistant SP/WS Manager

Job Purpose:

Oversee Premium OFF business and co-ordinate to improve sales force effectiveness in PR China

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

Ø  WS Management for Premium-off

ü WS recruitment

ž  Help identify and recruit new WS for MOT, E-Commerce

ž  Monitor new WS recruit in line with policy

ž  Trade term negotiation with new WS

ž  Develops and maintains good relationship with wholesalers

ü WS mgmt.

ž  Design and implement new RTM model accordingly to support biz development

ž  Consolidate Sales data from WS and provide related sales report

ž  Monitor T1/T2 wholesalers performance in monthly base, including volume performance and submitted data quality

ž  Help WS to increase capability on sales and internal operation

ž  Physical inventory checking

ž  Work with regional teams on wholesaler evaluation for quarterly incentive

ž  Speed up WS compensation to improve efficiency

ž  Manager TP to catch up biz development needs

ž  Manager POP to help price control

Requirements:

ü Excellent planning and communications skills, better with WS management background or sales back ground

ü Good understanding about RTM principle, especially in on channel

ü Good data analysis ability.

ü Open minded and easy to adapt to changes.

ü Bachelor degree or above.

ü 4 years + Sales experience in leading multinational companies.

ü Good English in both oral and written.
