Pernod Ricard is a worldwide leader in the spirits and champagne industry, blending traditional craftsmanship, state-of-the-art brand development, and global distribution technologies. Our prestigious portfolio of premium to luxury brands includes Absolut vodka, Ricard pastis, Ballantine’s, Chivas Regal, Royal Salute, and The Glenlivet Scotch whiskies, Jameson Irish whiskey, Martell cognac, Havana Club rum, Beefeater gin, Malibu liqueur and Mumm and Perrier-Jouët champagnes. Our mission is to ensure the long-term growth of our brands with full respect for people and the environment, while empowering our employees around the world to be ambassadors of our purposeful, inclusive and responsible culture of authentic conviviality.

Our Communications teams tell the story of Pernod Ricard and our brands to our own people, to the media and to the wider world. From day one, you'll be a full member of the team with real work to own. Through one application, you’ll be considered for placements in two areas:

A mix of internal comms (about 50%), external comms (about 30%) and sustainability and responsibility (about 20%).

·         Spend about half your time on internal comms, writing news and updates for colleagues and helping to run internal events.

·         Work on external comms, including press stories, media and social content.

·         Support our sustainability and responsibility work and help communicate our initiatives.

·         Lead your own project working with other internal teams.

A varied role spread across public relations, marketing, and communications, working with our global and European teams.

·         Help run press releases from start to finish, collecting high-quality photos and videos, sharing them with the media and assessing and tracking the coverage.

·         Write emails and updates to the team, getting the tone right for each campaign.

·         Support marketing campaigns across airport shops, digital channels and advertising.

·         A love of writing and an eye for detail when editing and proofreading.

·         Creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm for coming up with new ideas.

·         An understanding that a LinkedIn post, a press release and a team email each need a different tone.

·         Good people skills and an enthusiasm for working as part of a team.

·         An organised approach, discretion with confidential information and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
