We arepartnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit French-speaking AML Analysts for an on-site role in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will suppoFinancial Servicesrt a fast-growing financial services environment, focusing on anti-money laundering (AML) processes, transaction monitoring, and risk analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards in financial security.


  • Analyze alerts based on priority and within defined timelines, following regulatory requirements
  • Conduct due diligence checks and gather supporting documentation for investigations
  • Perform AML/CFT risk assessments and enhanced reviews on flagged cases
  • Identify suspicious patterns and unusual financial activity
  • Make well-supported decisions based on predefined procedures and risk scenarios
  • Review account statements and transaction activity
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution

Requirements

  • Fluent French (C1/C2) with good English skills (B2)
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Basic understanding of banking systems and financial processes
  • Knowledge or interest in AML, KYC, and financial crime prevention
  • Ability to analyze transactions and detect irregularities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good computer skills and ability to handle data efficiently

  • Full-time, on-site position in Athens, Greece
  • Working schedule:
  • Mon - Sun 07-02 (WFH) // Mon - Sun 07-10 (WFO)
