Remuneration: Base salary 

• →Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members to foster both personal and professional growth.
• →Oversee team operations in compliance with company policies, handling tasks such as attendance tracking and addressing performance issues.

• →Ensure services are delivered consistently in line with company values, policies, procedures, and performance indicators.

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, 
• A minimum of 1 year in a similar position or relevant role.
•   Leadership experience – 2-3 years leading teams of 10–15 with 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Operational flexibility – able to work 24/7 shifts in a fast-paced live casino setting.
• Relevant academic qualifications in a management-related field is desirable.
• Prior experience in a related industry is a plus.
• Proficient in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership and team development capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including shifts.
