• →Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members to foster both personal and professional growth.

• Native or fluent in Turkish or Russian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
• A minimum of 1 year in a similar position or relevant role.
• Relevant academic qualifications in a management-related field is desirable.
• Prior experience in a related industry is a plus.
• Proficient in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
