The New Construction Installation Technician is responsible for professionally installing Pestban's Built-In Pest Control System in residential homes under construction while providing exceptional service and maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

→Complete approximately 2 to 4 home installations per day.
→Install Pestban's polyethylene tube system in new construction homes according to company standards.
→Install service receptacles and related system components.
→Install termite bait stations.
→Perform system modifications, repairs, and troubleshooting as needed.
→Maintain accurate service documentation, including mapping service receptacle locations.
→Operate, maintain, and properly store installation tools and equipment.
→Clean and remove job site debris upon completion of work.
→Communicate effectively with supervisors, team leads, office staff, and customers.
→Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
→Attend all required meetings and training sessions.

To perform the essential functions of this position, employees must be able to:

Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Safely carry, position, and climb ladders while performing installation duties.
Bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach overhead, and maintain mobility throughout the workday.
Work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces, attics, and other restricted-access areas.
Stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods of time.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.
Frequently lift and handle equipment and materials above shoulder level.
Operate a company vehicle and drive to multiple job sites throughout the day.
Safely use hand tools, power tools, installation equipment, and other job-related devices.
Maintain visual acuity necessary to inspect, identify, and resolve installation-related issues.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, company-provided footwear, and other safety equipment as required.
Complete required medical evaluations, including respirator clearance evaluations when applicable.
Comply with all company safety standards and perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work on residential construction sites in various weather conditions.
Ability to safely climb and work from ladders up to 6 feet in height.
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
