Quality Technician- Graveyard

• →Maintains compliance with Company and plant safety policies and procedures.
• →Completes all annual training as required.
• →Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) during the entire shift, to include safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety footwear, etc.
• →Assist quality lead or designee with the dimensional measurement of extruded tubing and various tubing assemblies.
• →Visual inspection of extruded tubing and various tubing assemblies
• →Perform calibrations.
• →Initiation of proposed specifications and /or revision of existing specifications
• →Packaging and shipping product
• →Incoming/receiving inspection duties.
• →Production lot release activities
• →In process inspection activities
• →Maintain accurate, legible, and detailed records of activities.
• →Accurately use calipers, protractors, and other measuring devices to inspect parts.
• →Other duties as assigned by the management team.

• 11pm-7am
• Sunday to Thursday
• Training first 2 weeks on days 7am-3pm.
