From our modern office in the heart of Berlin, we’re building technology that improves the working world of nursing – with data, smart tools, and a true passion for impact. To accelerate our growth, we’re now looking for a Google Ads Analyst (f/m/d) who will take our campaigns to the next level – combining hands-on Google Ads expertise with strong analytical and SQL skills.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights for performance improvements.
- Testing & Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests (ads, bidding, audiences, landing pages) and implement learnings.
- SQL & Analytics: Use SQL and BI tools for advanced analysis, ad-hoc reports, and deeper campaign insights.
- Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, PowerBI) and deliver recommendations to Marketing and Management.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry and competitor activity, translating insights into new growth opportunities.
- Automation: Build and improve processes for automated reporting and campaign workflows to increase efficiency.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns with 300k+ EUR monthly budgets.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong SQL skills and confidence working with relational databases and large datasets.
- Tool Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager; experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio).
- Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and user journeys.
- Nice-to-Haves: Experience with additional platforms (Meta, TikTok, Bing, Programmatic). German language skills are a plus, but not required.
- Workstyle: Hands-on, detail-oriented, test-driven, and passionate about performance.
- Automation skills - not mandatory but really nice to have
