Responsibilities

→Active Secret security clearance.
→U.S. citizenship.
→1–3 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
→Working knowledge of ITSM concepts and ITIL v3/v4 principles.
→Familiarity with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting fundamentals, including Glide APIs, business rules, and client scripts.
→DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II baseline certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE, or the ability to obtain the required certification within six months of starting.
→Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skills.
→Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with senior engineers and the broader technical team.

Requirements

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM), or progress toward certification.
Experience supporting ServiceNow in a DoD or federal government environment; IL4/IL5 experience is a plus.
Exposure to REST API integrations, MID Servers, Discovery, or Service Mapping.
Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), RMF, or other federal compliance frameworks.
ITIL Foundation certification.

This is a flexible hybrid position requiring the ability to work onsite at customer locations as needed. Candidates must reside within approximately 90 minutes of at least one of the following DISA DHMC locations:

Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
Ogden, Utah
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Montgomery, Alabama
Fort Meade, Maryland

Local travel to DISA customer sites may be required. Relocation may be considered as part of the overall compensation package.
