Senior Network Administrator

Responsibilities

→Proven experience designing, configuring, and managing complex BGP, VXLAN, and Layer 2/3 data center architectures.

→Expertise in designing and troubleshooting complex Layer 2/3 network topologies.

→Experience with redundancy protocols such as MCLAG (Multi-Chassis Link Aggregation Group) or LACP.
→Experience with Spine-Leaf data center fabrics, including architecture design and implementation.
→Ability and willingness to develop and maintain expertise in RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCEv2) supporting ultra-high-speed data transfers.
→Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
→Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
→Ability to stay current with industry trends and technology advancements.
→Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
→Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
→Current IAM Level II certification to satisfy DoD 8570 IAT requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

→Experience with Linux-based Network Operating Systems (NOS).

→Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior network professionals.
→Experience supporting high-performance or AI-focused data center environments.
