Key Deliverables: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current families through consistent campus engagement to achieve 90%+ re-enrollment.
  • Manage the full re‑registration process, ensuring families complete all required steps on time.
  • Ensure all returning families receive timely communication, reminders, and support throughout the re‑enrollment cycle.
  • Partner with the principal and school staff to identify at‑risk families and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Execute a targeted recruitment strategy aligned to campus needs, including building relationships with local childcare centers, youth organizations, housing authorities, and community groups.
  • Position the school as the area's premier charter option through consistent, high‑quality outreach and representation.
  • Conduct off‑site presentations and community engagement activities to generate new leads.
  • Participate in neighborhood walks, door‑to‑door outreach, and other grassroot recruitment efforts.
  • Host and attend enrollment events, tours, and open houses to attract prospective families.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; college preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or business development.
  • Community Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of the campus community and its unique needs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with parents and families about their children's educational needs.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays.

Compensation and benefits:

 PLA's School Operations Managers receive a base salary that is competitively aligned with the market. In addition to salary, you will receive:
