About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accounting Manager (or above) to join our corporate accounting team. The successful candidate will support and oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple subsidiaries and contribute to the accurate and timely consolidated reporting of the company's financial activities.

Responsibilities

  • →Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • →Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
  • →Prepare and review financial statements, consolidated reports, and management reports
  • →Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts
  • →Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across subsidiaries
  • →Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • →Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP), tax regulations, and internal policies
  • →Coordinate with external auditors, tax accountants, and regulatory agencies as needed
  • →Maintain organized financial records and improve internal accounting procedures
  • →Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as applicable

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (preferred)
  • Experience in construction, real estate, or investment management accounting is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
