~1 min read- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and logistics plans.
- Coordinate with the design team and consultants to ensure document accuracy and issue resolution.
- Assist with permit acquisition, utility coordination, and preconstruction deliverables.
- Help track project costs and assist in budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and compile subcontractor invoices and vendor pay applications.
- Assist in preparing and managing change orders and cost events.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Field Superintendent to coordinate field and office operations.
- Help manage subcontractor and supplier relationships through timely communication and coordination.
- Participate in progress meetings and assist in documenting and distributing meeting minutes and action items.
- Conduct site walks to monitor quality and scope compliance.
- Assist with punch list management and project closeout documentation.
- Ensure adherence to contract documents and specifications.
- Maintain and organize project documentation within Procore and other platforms.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support daily and weekly reporting to ensure consistent project updates and transparency.
- Support safety compliance by working with the Safety Manager.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or related field.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and terminology.
- Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or in progress).
- Exposure to preconstruction processes and subcontractor buyout.
