Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
Approximately five to eight years of progressive finance experience, including demonstrable business partnering with commercial or sales teams
Strong command of financial planning, analysis, and management reporting in a commercial environment
Working knowledge of pricing and margin mechanics, and comfort supporting deal and tender decisions under time pressure
Professional working proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage given the Greater China reporting line
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, able to build bridges between people
Hands on, pro-active, solution driven, very accurate but with sense of big picture
Profound understanding of accounting principles including Finance compliance requirements

CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification, or an MBA
Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or another regulated industry
Familiarity with Hong Kong public tender processes and distributor or dealer commercial models
Experience with AI
Prior experience in a matrixed multinational, partnering across a regional and local reporting structure

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 5 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
