Finance BP Taiwan

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for leading financial planning for assigned market, including AOP, forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. The role conducts complex financial analyses, such as profitability and ROI assessments, to inform high-impact decisions and improve financial performance. The role acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights to shape business strategy, with limited supervision. The role also evaluates investment business cases, monitors financial health, ensures compliance with internal controls, and leads initiatives to improve financial processes and systems

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Approximately five to eight years of progressive finance experience, including demonstrable business partnering with commercial or sales teams
• Strong command of financial planning, analysis, and management reporting in a commercial environment
• Working knowledge of pricing and margin mechanics, and comfort supporting deal and tender decisions under time pressure
• Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, able to build bridges between people
• Hands on, pro-active, solution driven, very accurate but with sense of big picture
• Profound understanding of accounting principles including Finance compliance requirements
   

• CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification, or an MBA
• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or another regulated industry
• Familiarity with Taiwan public tender processes and distributor or dealer commercial models
• Experience with AI
• Prior experience in a matrixed multinational, partnering across a regional and local reporting structure
