We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian who takes pride in their work and is proactive in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout our facility.

The Custodian will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of Phoenix Laser Solutions facilities, including:

• →Floor Maintenance: Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and operating a floor scrubber.
• →Trash & Recycling: Emptying trash and recycling bins and ensuring proper disposal.
• →Restroom Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors; restocking paper towel and soap dispensers.
• →General Cleaning: Dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and wiping down work areas.
• →Equipment & Facility Upkeep: Assisting maintenance with general cleaning tasks, such as pulling pans, cleaning them, and reassembling as needed.
• →Safety & Compliance: Following all company safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving skills to address cleaning challenges as they arise.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and willingness to comply with all regulations.
