Full Stack Software Engineer

We are recruiting a mid/senior full stack software engineer to help drive our impact across our growing customer base in Physitrack.

• Job Type: Fully remote. Occasional travel to build relationships with the team.

• Hours: Full-Time.

• Base Salary: €4.5-6.5k per month, B2B contract

• Location: Poland

• Organisation: Physitrack and Champion Health

We have two products: Physitrack - a SaaS B2B platform used by physiotherapists and their patients, Champion Health that is a Wellbeing platform.

We need a doer. You care about what reaches users, not about perfect code for its own sake, but you don't cut corners either. As a full stack engineer you'll build features across frontend and backend on your own, improve legacy code and shape the way forward with the team. Experience with agentic AI is a must. Senior colleagues, your team leader and our Head of Engineering will support your growth.

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript

• Solid experience with React.js

• Backend experience with Node.js

• Ability to craft usable and maintainable CSS/HTML

• Understanding of modern web app & asset build pipeline

• Experience with testing frameworks (such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine)

• Knowledge of best practices in software engineering and design patterns

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools in your daily work

• Solid experience with git (and various git-based workflows)

• Good written and spoken English and Polish

• Experience with refactoring old codebases

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar framework (like Django, Laravel etc.)

• Experience with CI & build pipelines

• Experience working in a product company

• Good writing ability (demonstrated by documentation, README, or blog posts)

• Experience with fully remote work
