We are currently looking for a bilingual Sales Support Specialist for a 6 month contract to help us grow our business in Canada.
The Sales Support Specialist reengages Piedmont Plastics' inactive customer accounts, using proactive outbound calling and CRM-driven account management to restore lapsed relationships and convert them back into active, repeat buyers through the following duties:
- Make outbound calls to reactivate inactive customers
- Reactivate a minimum of 10 customers quarterly.
- Follows-up on leads using customer relationship management (CRM) tool
- Expedites orders and provides service support for reactivated accounts as needed to complete the reactivation
- Updates CRM with information such as daily call report activity, proactive outgoing calls, and other important information received on sales calls
- Contacts customers and utilizes CRM dashboard and reports to assure customers have not fallen out of contact
- Promote and convert customers to the Blue Account Platform.
- Build strong relationships with branch team to promote a team environment
- At least 2 years of sales experience with a significant track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals or A two or four-year college or university degree
- A combination of comparable education and sales experience
- Inside sales experience in plastic, industrial or distribution sales preferred
- Excellent English communication
- Excellent French communication
- Strong math skills
- Outstanding customer focus
- A positive attitude and are a team player
