Pinaka Technology Solutions has been shortlisted as a vendor to provide specialist Human Centred Design (HCD) capability to a major Australian Federal Government department.

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Human Centred Design professionals who would like to be considered for future contract opportunities as they become available.

These opportunities support large-scale digital transformation and service reform initiatives across the Australian Government. Engagements may involve:

• Workshop facilitation and co-design
• Design systems and accessibility
• Digital Experience Policy and Digital Service Standards
• Cross-functional collaboration with policy, digital and delivery teams
• Supporting major government transformation programs

Projects require professionals who can operate confidently in complex and evolving environments while delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with government standards and Human Centred Design best practice.
