Construction Project Coordinator

Join the PIPESTONE team and play a key role in supporting construction, maintenance, and capital projects across our operations. We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating projects, tracking progress, and collaborating with multiple teams.

▪ Project coordination and administrative support 

▪ Construction, maintenance, and capital projects

▪ Work with vendors, contractors, operations, and leadership

▪ Utilize Excel, CMMS software, OneDrive, and other company systems

▪ Associate's degree in Business Admin or Construction/Project Management preferred

▪ Previous project coordination, construction, maintenance or operations experience preferred

▪ Must have a valid driver's license - Some travel required
