Position: Regional Support Specialist

Manager Level: non-MGR

Salary Range: 42,000-49,000

Objective: Providing farm labor, train and develop employees skillset to assigned unit for maximum production, safety, efficiency, and profitability. Provide and develop individual leadership and skillset in all areas of the sow farm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Provide labor, train employees on protocols, and provide direction to ensure efficiency

· Ability to communicate effectively, teach and work with diversified work environment

· Assist and execute training as assigned by supervisor

· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

· Overnight travel required

· Maintain PIPESTONE core values

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Education: 2-4-year degree in Agriculture or equal experience

Experience:

1+ Years Livestock Experience with high school diploma preferred

Training: Mypipestone as assigned
