Reconcile restaurant sales (from the POS) to bank receipts by outlet, and help investigate and resolve any differences.
Help substantiate month-end balances such as customer deposits and gift-card balances, making sure they agree to the ledger.
Prepare journals, accruals and prepayments, and support a smooth monthly close.
Use our systems and AI/automation tools (with training) to make routine tasks faster and more accurate over time.
Provide backup support to the accounts-payable / payments work when needed.
Keep tidy records and help with audit preparation.

Requirements

Some accounting experience (around 1–3 years), or a strong graduate keen to build reconciliation and month-end skills.
Studying towards or holding an accounting qualification (LCCI / HKICPA / ACCA), a diploma or degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Comfortable with Excel and working with numbers; careful, organised and reliable.
Open and willing to learn new systems and tools, curiosity and a positive attitude matter more than prior expertise.
A helpful team player who communicates well and takes pride in accurate work.
Bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
