→Comfort working with parking technologies, payment systems, and reporting tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
→3-5 years Parking Experience.
→Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organization and attention to detail.
→Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN, including occasional evenings, weekends, or event-related hours as needed.
→Prior experience in parking, facilities, hospitality, property management, or related operations is preferred.
→High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
