At the core of our success is a culture built on integrity, trust, and respect. We are looking for a Technical Delivery Engineer to lead the delivery of our mobile network products, focusing on next-generation automation and maintaining high-level engagement with our customers.
Job Description
You will be responsible for delivering and tuning next-generation radio network automation solutions. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong stakeholder management to ensure project goals align with both company direction and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and tune automated optimization solutions based on operator requirements to maximize product value.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring project alignment.
- Lead technical meetings, monitor network KPIs, prepare feature activation reports, and perform acceptance tests.
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and workshops for both project delivery and pre-sales activities.
- Provide support for active customers and relay critical technical feedback to our product and development teams.
- Work effectively in agile environments to ensure continuous evolution and delivery of automation tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in RAN Optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- Deep knowledge of at least one major vendor (Ericsson, Huawei, or ZTE).
- A versatile, quick learner who can easily adapt to new technologies and automated tools.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to work in agile environments and manage expectations based on project goals.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Eligible to work in Algeria
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with SON (Self-Organizing Networks) or RAN feature and parameter trials.
- Familiarity with IT/Software systems and SQL knowledge.
- Prior experience with Algerian operators is a plus.
