→Oversee all aspects of global accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition across multiple entities
→Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS
→Lead the month-end and year-end close processes globally, including consolidations, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
→Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies across all jurisdictions
→Manage global tax compliance strategy and coordinate with regional tax advisors and regulatory agencies
→Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies across multiple jurisdictions
→Implement and optimize financial systems and automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability
→Partner with FP&A to provide insights into financial performance and business strategy
→Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting efforts
→Mentor and develop accounting team members globally, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
→Collaborate with finance leadership across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification required
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles with global scope
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15)
Experience managing multi-entity consolidations and intercompany transactions
Experience in SaaS, digital advertising, or technology industries preferred
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar)
Previous experience with a Series A/B stage business scaling globally
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership abilities across different time zones and cultures
Must have some availability during North American business hours
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities
