Visual Brand Designer

Role overview: You will be responsible for the visual design of Pixocial’s flagship products, such as AirBrush and BeautyPlus , serving tens of millions of MAUs.
Plan and execute brand designs and VI systems and guidelines, aligning with product strategies and delivering creative, visually appealing outputs for existing and new products.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the internet or technology industry.

Share insights on US design/visual trends to enhance global brand perception and the team’s understanding of international aesthetics, while creating visuals aligned with global market preferences.

Conduct research on diverse aesthetic preferences in international markets, considering local trends, cultural backgrounds, and behaviors to inform design strategies.

Collaborate closely with product teams to create feasible designs that align with business goals.

Proactively communicate with other designers/teams to ensure design quality and enhance brand awareness.

Stay up to date with design trends, actively participating in creative brainstorming sessions and globalization project planning.

Independently manage end-to-end brand design projects, focusing on detail and precision.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the internet or technology industry.

Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

Strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.

Experience with AI-related design tools is a significant plus.

Detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Skilled at multitasking while maintaining high-quality standards.

Professional English proficiency

Citizenship or work authorization in Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand

Must be willing and able to relocate to Shenzhen, China

Ability to work effectively in distributed teams across multiple time zones

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Open to working in a multicultural environment and adapting to life in China
