Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persistent, and skilled at identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities

- →Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
- →Research and build target lists of companies and decision-makers.
- →Initiate conversations with prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
- →Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- →Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and communication records.
- →Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- →Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- →Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- →Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Strong cold calling and communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
