Responsibilities

→ Develop and execute sales strategies across GCC markets to achieve revenue and growth targets.
→ Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotel operators, consultants, and procurement firms.
→ Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
→ Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure major contracts.
→ Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
→ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities.
→ Represent the company at major industry exhibitions and networking events (Hotel Show, INDEX Dubai, etc.).
→ Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within hospitality interiors, FF&E, or fit-out industry.
Strong network within the hotel, hospitality, and design sector in the GCC region.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop strategy and close high-value deals.
Strong commercial acumen and project coordination experience.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license required.
