Manufacturing Operations (Engineering) Intern – Summer 2027

As a Manufacturing Operations Intern, you will gain exposure to multiple facets of a successful manufacturing site operation.  You'll engage with leaders and associates throughout the site and receive hands-on experience through ownership of a meaningful project.  In addition, you'll round out your internship experience with professional development and networking activities with leaders & professionals in your field. 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree & majoring in Industrial Management, Industrial Technology, Operational Management, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
• During the internship period, will be residing within a commutable distance to our Havre de Grace, MD manufacturing location
• Eligible to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, & will not require employer sponsorship after graduation

• Detailed work plan, including a defined project and additional day-to-day responsibilities
• A mentor and buddy to provide support and guidance throughout the summer
• 15+ hours of formal Professional Development activities
• Extensive networking with leaders
• Exposure through job shadowing & participation in leadership meetings
• Social Activities (it’s summer after all!)
