• Steady Work, Steady Pay: Count on predictable 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off. 
• Double-Time Pay on Sundays: Work 12 hours every other Sunday and receive 24 hours of pay.
• Support from Day One:  Start with thorough, structured training, mentorship from more senior Techs and managers who are ready to help, we’re here to help you succeed.

• →Operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly.
• →Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure, as needed.
• →Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.
• →Check product quality to ensure everything meets customer standards.
• →Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes.
• →Keep learning and growing with on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses.

• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

This includes base pay + night shift premium + double pay on Sundays
