As a Business Consulting Specialist, you will work closely with clients to bridge business goals with the power of the ServiceNow platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital strategies, designing scalable processes, and delivering enterprise-level solutions. Your mission: maximize customer value realization and become a trusted advisor.

• →Drive process design, governance, KPIs, and control frameworks at a strategic level.
• →Lead ServiceNow Projects(ITSM, ITOM etc) and enterprise service management consulting engagements.
• →Run executive workshops and pitch functional ServiceNow solutions.
• →Present high-level demos, conduct gap analyses, and translate needs into actionable solutions.
• →Define operating models, roles, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• →Align solutions with ITIL standards and ensure platform coherence.
• →Support organizational transformation through strong stakeholder engagement.
• →Implement ServiceNow systems aligned with enterprise architecture and process maturity.

What We’re Looking For

• →Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• →7+ years of experience in consulting or digital transformation, ideally in large, complex environments.
• →Deep understanding of PaaS solutions and enterprise platforms.
• →Hands-on ServiceNow experience (including configuration and implementations).
• →Certified in:
• →ITIL v4
• →ServiceNow System Administrator
• →ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
• →Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
• →Strong presentation skills and ability to pitch solutions to business and technical audiences.
• →Proven capability to lead customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
