• →Create a positive store experience by greeting them immediately, and by handling transactions professionally and enthusiastically
• →Become familiar with brands, products, and prices
• →Buy used clothing and accessories
• →Tell customers about promotions
• →Price and ticket items, restock store according to merchandising plan
• →Maintain store displays and inventory levels
• →Assist manager in scheduling and managing employees
• →Lead team meetings
• →Provide guidance and training to junior employees
• →Be responsible for opening and closing the store
• →Be confident in enforcing company policy
• →Ability to execute company floor-sets

• Retail experience
• Leadership experience
• Flexible availability (weekdays, weeknights, weekends, holidays, etc)
• Relatively tech savvy
• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Drive to meet customer needs
• Perform duties with minimal direct supervision
• Learn quickly, embrace opportunities for new responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Easy adaptation to a new and fast-paced environment / quick-learner
• Ability to commute to offsite storage
